Distributed EuropeanSchool of Taxonomy
Naturalis is een partner van DEST (Distributed European School of Taxonomy), en biedt onderwijs gericht op Europese studenten en professionals op het gebied van biodiversiteit, taxonomie, en collectiebeheer.
DEST is een samenwerkingsverband van verschillende instituten, die onderwijs verzorgen over taxonomie, biodiversiteit, geologische diversiteit, en natuurbehoud. Het valt onder CETAF (Consortium of European Taxonomic Facilities), een Europees onderzoeksnetwerk. Naast Naturalis bestaat DEST momenteel uit natuurhistorische instituten uit België, Noorwegen, Griekenland, Frankrijk, en Hongarije.
